All those foods are a strong source of nutrition, fat, vitamins, etc. That food helps the body to grow up properly. Water is a must for our body’s requirements. It provides oxygen in our brain. 

Junk food, soft drinks,  spicy foods are unhealthy foods It may damage our kidneys. 

Nowadays, food adulteration is a major problem. The adulterated food products are reportedly the cause behind thousands of people suffering from fatal diseases like cancer, kidney failure, and heart problems.

HYGIENE

Hygiene means the practice of keeping neat and clean ourselves. It also means to keep clean our home and workplace. It is important for a good and healthy life. Hygienes are thought to be next to godliness. It’s because we cannot achieve anything physically, mentally, or spiritually if we are unclean in our body, mind, and soul. 

We should have a bath every day and wash our hair regularly to keep our-self free from dirt and bacteria we should wash our clothes regularly. It is very important to wash our hands before meals. We should brush our teeth twice a day, cut our nails regularly. our drinking water must be safe and clean. We can get healthy safe water by boiling and filtering. 

EXERCISE

Exercise makes our body and mind fresh, healthy, stressless,  fit and helps to reduce extra weight. 

There are many kinds of physical exercise. There are swimming, walking, riding, games and sports, and gymnastic feats. But over-exercise is very bad for health and It also kills sometimes. Yoga is also known as a kind of posture and breathing exercise.
